आगरा में जैसे-जैसे साल खत्म होने वाला होता है, हममें से ज़्यादातर लोग अपने घरों और गाड़ियों को सर्दियों के लिए तैयार करने पर ध्यान देते हैं, लेकिन आने वाले ठंडे मौसम के लिए अपने शरीर को तैयार करना भी उतना ही जरूरी है। बचाव के लिए हेल्थ के उपाय और समय पर चेकअप से इस बात में बहुत फर्क पड़ सकता है। यह कहना है आस्था पैथोलॉजी कीं डायरेक्टर और चीफ पैथोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. ऋतु गर्ग का।

स्वास्थ्य जांचों और जागरूकता के क्रम में आगरा की प्रतिष्ठित आस्था पैथोलॉजी ने इस रविवार अपना हैल्थ चैकअप कैंप खंदारी स्थित फ्रेंड्स आशियाना सोसायटी में आयोजित किया। दर्जनों लोगों ने अपनी स्वास्थ्य जांच कराई। जहां एक ओर पैथोलॉजी के स्टाफ ने लोगों की जिज्ञासाएं शांत कीं तो वहीं आगरालीक्स से बातचीत में डॉ. ऋतु ने कहा कि कि हम सर्दियों के महीनों में कितने स्वस्थ रहते हैं। यह इस बात पर भी निर्भर करता है कि हम अपनी स्वास्थ्य जांचों के प्रति कितने जागरूक हैं और क्या हम समय पर आवश्यक जांचें कराते हैं।

शिविर में कंपलीट ब्लड काउंट—सीबीसी, शुगर, यूरिन, टीएसएच, कोलेस्ट्रॉल के साथ ही अन्य जांचें रियायती दरों पर की गईं। आगरा में इस तरह के शिविर समय—समय पर आस्था पैथोलॉजी की ओर से आयोजित कराए जा रहे हैं। इनका मुख्य मकसद स्वास्थ्य जांचों के प्रति लोगों के बीच जागरूकता को बढ़ाना, सस्ती दरों पर जांचों की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना और पैथोलॉजी तक पहुंच को आसान बनाना है।
