Court order to lodge FIR in fraud case against Axis Bank assistant manager sales in Agra

आगरालीक्स… आगरा में एक्सिस बैंक की कमला नगर शाखा के सहायक प्रबंधक (सेल्स) पर चार करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधडी के आरोप लगा है। आयकर विभाग का नोटिस आने पर उन्हें जानकारी हुई, उनके प्रार्थना पत्र पर कोर्ट ने सहायक प्रबंधक (सेल्स) के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए हैं। यह मामला नोटबंदी से पहले का है।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार लायर्स कालोनी निवासी वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता फौरन सिंह तांगर ने बताया कि एक्सिस बैंक, कमला नगर शाखा में उनके बेटे राजेश तांगर के एकाउंट हैं। आरोप है कि सहायक प्रबंधक (सेल्स) वरुण जैन ने राजेश तांगर से कहा कि वह उसका एक स्पेशल एकाउंट खुलवाना चाहता है। इसके कई फायदे होंगे। लोन भी आसानी से मिलेगा। इस पर उसने खाता खुलवा लिया। वरुण जैन के कहने पर कई चेक पर साइन कर चेक बुक उसी को दे दी, ताकि लोन मिलने में काम आ सके।
खाते में पांच लाख रुपये जमा थे। राजेश ने चेक से पांच लाख रुपये निकाल लिए। इसके बाद 28 मार्च 2015 को चेक से 35 लाख रुपये जमा किए। दो बार में इन्हें निकाल लिया। खाते में अब कोई रकम शेष नहीं रह गई थी। उनका कहना है कि इसके बाद खाते में न कुछ जमा किया और न निकाला।
एकाउंट में जमा हुए करोडों रुपये
लेकिन उन्हें मिले आयकर के नोटिस में 52 लाख रकम जमा बताई गई तो वह हैरान रह गए। स्टेटमेंट निकलवाया तो हैरानी की कोई सीमा न रही। आरोप है कि वरुण जैन ने अन्य कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर 2014-15 और 2015-16 में करोड़ों रुपये जमा किए और निकाले। इसके लिए उनके चेक इस्तेमाल किए गए।
मोबाइल नंबर भी बदला
उनके खाते से उनका मोबाइल नंबर हटाकर वरुण जैन ने अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करा दिया, जिसके चलते ट्रांजेक्शन की जानकारी उन तक नहीं पहुंची। उनके खाते से लगभग चार करोड़ की रकम जमा की गई और निकाली गई है। सीजेएम ओम प्रकाश ने वरुण जैन व अज्ञात के खिलाफ एफआईआर के आदेश दिए हैं। इस मामले में पहले पुलिस से शिकायत की गई थी। जब पुलिस ने नहीं सुनी, तब कोर्ट में दरखास्त दी गई। कोर्ट के
दो अप्रैल को निकाले 99 लाख रुपये
राजेश तांगर के मुताबिक खाते से इसी साल दो अप्रैल को 99 लाख रुपये निकाले गए। बैलेंस था दो करोड़ चार लाख 19 हजार रुपये। उसी दिन 20 हजार दो बार और दस हजार एक बार जमा किए। एटीएम से दस और बीस हजार तीन तीन बार निकाले। आरोप है कि उनके एटीएम का वरुण जैन ने इस्तेमाल किया।
