FIR filed against SP Leader Abhinav Sharma on complaint from PNG officers in Agra

आगरालीक्स …आगरा में सपा नेता व आगरा पब्लिक स्कूल के संचालक अभिनव शर्मा पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है, उन पर पाइप्ड नेचुरल गैस (पीएनजी) के प्रोजेक्ट अधिकारी और निरीक्षक के साथ मारपीट करने के आरोप लगे हैं। इस मामले की शिकायत पीएमओ कार्यालय में भी की गई है।
ग्रीन गैस कंपनी द्वारा विजय नगर कालोनी में पीएनजी लाइन बिछाई जा रही थी। बुधवार सुबह वरदान अपार्टमेंट, ओल्ड विजय नगर रोड के पास लाइन बिछाई जा रही थी। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, दोपहर में अपनी गाडी से सपा नेता अभिनव शर्मा वरदान अपार्टमेंट स्थित अपने घर पर जा रहे थे। आरोप है कि सपा नेता अभिनव शर्मा ने प्रोजेक्ट अफसर देवेंद्र मिश्रा, निरीक्षक मुसाफिर यादव को बुलाया, उन्होंने अपने मकान नंबर 10 में पीएनजी कनेक्शन के लिए कहा। उन्हें प्रोजेक्ट अफसर व निरीक्षक ने सप्ताह भर के भीतर कनेक्शन का आश्वासन दिया। अफसरों का कहना था कि नगर निगम द्वारा अनुमति नहीं दी जा रही है, इसके चलते कार्य ठप हो गया है। यह सुनकर सपा नेता का पारा चढ गया, आरोप है कि सपा नेता उनसे अपशब्द कहने लगे। इसका विरोध करने पर सपा नेता ने प्रोजेक्ट अफसर देवेंद्र मिश्रा की पिटाई लगा दी, उनके साथ चलने वाले गार्डों ने भी लात घूंसों से पीटा, पुलिस दोनों अफसरों को लेकर थाने गई। उन पर समझौते का दबाव बनाया गया, लेकिन अफसर नहीं माने। एसपी सिटी कार्यालय में पहुंच गए। वे नहीं मिले। थाने में तहरीर दी गई, जिसमें सपा नेता सहित चार लोगों पर पिटाई का आरोप लगाया गया। इंस्पेक्टर हरीपर्वत महेशचंद गौतम का कहना है कि आरोपितों के खिलाफ मारपीट की रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है।
खंगाले जा रहे सीसीटीवी फुटेज
घटना के समय के सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी खंगाले जा रहे हैं, वरदान अपार्टमेंट के साथ ही आस पास के घरों में भी सीसीटीवी लगे हुए हैं।
