Hate speech in Agra: kundanika Sharma gets interim bail

आगरालीक्स …..आगरा में भाजपा नेत्री कुंदनिका शर्मा को जमानत मिल गई है। पुलिस ने अरेस्ट कर उन्हें एसीजेएम प्रथम आशुतोष की कोर्ट में पेश किया। उन्हें 2 अप्रैल तक अंतरिम जमानत दी गई है। उनके खिलाफ विहिप नेता अरुण माहौर की शोकसभा में भड़काऊ भाषण देने के आरोप में गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किए गए थे। उन्हें हिरासत में लेकर जाती पुलिस की गाडी सुभाष पार्क पर फंस गई। लेडी लॉयल में मेडिकल कराया गया है।

भाजपा नेत्री कुंदनिका विहिप के जिलामंत्री अशोक लवानिया और एबीवीपी के प्रांत प्रमुख शशांक चौधरी पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने विहिप नेता अरुण माहौर की जयपुर हाउस के पार्क में 28 फरवरी को आयोजित श्रद्धांजलि सभा में भड़काऊ भाषण दिया था। इन तीनों के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी हो गए हैं।
कुंदनिका शर्मा साहित तीनों पर एक मार्च को लोहामंडी थाना में दर्ज किया गया था । पुलिस लगातार दावा कर रही है कि आरोपियों को पकडने के लिए उनके घर दबिश देने का। ऐसे में कुंदनिका शर्मा को हिरासत में लिया जाता है तो मामला गर्मा सकता है,हिंदूवादी संगठन बडा प्रदर्शन कर सकते हैं। इसे देखते हुए पुलिस सोच समझकर काम कर रही है।
ये है मामला
गुरुवार (25 फरवरी) को विहिप के महानगर उपाध्यक्ष अरुण माहौर की बीच बाजार में गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। इस मामले में रविवार (28 फरवरी) को जयपुर हाउस में शोक सभा आयोजित की गई। साध्वी प्राची के शोक सभा में शामिल होने से मामला गर्मा गया, लेकिन उन्हें मंच पर जगह नहीं दी गई। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार शोक सभा में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री डॉ राम शंकर कठेरिया ने कहा कि ‘हमें खुद को ताकतवर बनाना होगा। जंग छेड़नी होगी। ऐसा नहीं किया तो कल दूसरा साथी भी खोना पड़ेगा।’ “ये हत्यारे चले ही जाएं, इस प्रकार की ताकत हमें दिखानी होगी।” फतेहपुर से बीजेपी सांसद बाबू लाल भी शामिल हुए। स्पीच देने वालों ने कहा कि अरुण की मौत का बदला लिया जाएगा
