आगरालीक्स …आगरा में पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी रैली करेंगे, वे आगरा के कोठी मीना बाजार में अक्टूबर में यूपी के लिए ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-सबके लिए आवास (शहरी) मिशन’ को लांच करेंगे। उनकी आगरा के कोठी मीना बाजार में 25 या 26 अक्टूबर को रैली प्रस्तावित है, इन दोनों में से किसी एक तिथि में कोठी मीना बाजार में रैली होनी है।
आगरा में रविवार को प्रेसवार्ता के दौरान पूर्व मंत्री व सांसद डॉ राम शंकर कठेरिया ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 25 या 26 अक्टूबर को यूपी में ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-सबके लिए आवास (शहरी) मिशन’ को आगरा में लांच करेंगे।

नितिन गडकरी करेंगे फ्लाई ओवर और सिक्स लेन का शुभारंभ
केंद्रीय परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी भी आगरा आएंगे, वे यहां आगरा इटावा सिक्स लेन का शिलान्यास करेंगे। साथ ही सुल्तानगंज की पुलिया और खंदारी फ्लाई ओवर का शुभारंभ करेंगे। इसके साथ ही कई और योजनाओं की घोषणा कर सकते हैं।
यूपी में आवास योजना लांच करेंगे पीएम मोदी
शहर के गरीब व मलिन बस्तियों में रहने वाले परिवारों को साफ-सुथरा आवास मुहैया कराने के उद्देश्य से केन्द्र सरकार ने 25 जून 2015 को ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-सबके लिए आवास (शहरी) मिशन’ शुरू किया था।
केन्द्र और राज्य की भागीदारी से चलने वाले इस मिशन के क्रियान्वयन पर आने वाले खर्च का 60 फीसदी धन केन्द्र देगा जबकि 40 फीसदी खर्च राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी। मिशन के तहत 2022 तक शहर के सभी गरीबों को आर्थिक मदद देकर आवास देने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। कई राज्यों ने अपने यहां यह योजना शुरू कर दी है लेकिन यूपी सरकार ने उत्सुकता नहीं दिखाई। लिहाजा, वित्त वर्ष 2015-16 में इसके तहत केन्द्रांश के तौर पर मिलने वाली करीब 300 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि राज्य को नहीं मिल पाई।

इनको मिलेगा लाभ
इस योजना में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर (ईडब्ल्यूएस) और निम्न आय वर्ग (एलआईजी) श्रेणी के लिए आवास बनेंगे। 3 लाख सालाना आय वालों को ईडब्ल्यूएस और 3 से 6 लाख सालाना आय वालों को एलआईजी श्रेणी के आवास केलिए पात्र माना जाएगा। ईडब्ल्यूएस आवास का अधिकतम कारपेट एरिया 30 वर्ग मीटर और एलआईजी का कारपेट एरिया 60 वर्ग मीटर होगा।
