आगरालीक्स…आगरा में आ रहे पैकेट वाले अचार, केचअप और बोतल में मिल रहे चिली सॉस और जैम खाने में कितने सेफ..एफएसडीए ने छापे मारकर लिए नमूने. रिटेल स्टोर्स पर की जांच.

आगरा में खाने पीने की चीजों की गुणवत्ता जांचने के लिए एफएसडीए की ओर से लगातार जांच अभियान चल रहा है. एफएसडीए की टीम जगह—जगह रिटेल स्टोर्स आदि पर जाकर नमूने संग्रहित कर रहे हैं. इसी क्रम में मंगलवार को भी एफएसडीए की टीमों ने आगरा में अचार, जैम, सॉस, केचअप एवं मेयोनीज़ की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान चलाया. अभियान के अंतर्गत विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों एवं ई-कॉमर्स वितरण केन्द्रों का सघन निरीक्षण किया गया तथा खाद्य नमूने संग्रहित किए गए.

इन स्टोर्स पर जाकर लिए नमूने
कार्यवाही के दौरान डी-मार्ट, प्रोफेसर कॉलोनी, दिल्ली गेट, आगरा से Mother's Recipe ब्राण्ड के Mixed Pickle एवं Kissan ब्राण्ड के Mango Jam के 02 विधिक नमूने संग्रहित किए गए।
इसी क्रम में Instakart Services Private Limited, परशुराम नगर, शाहगंज, आगरा से Mango Pickle, Mixed Fruit Jam, Eggless Tandoori Mayo एवं Maggi Rich Tomato Ketchup के 04 विधिक नमूने संग्रहित किए गए।
इसके अतिरिक्त Blinkit Store, बसई सब्जी मंडी, आगरा से Soya Sauce, Chili Sauce, Green Chili Pickle एवं Veg Mayonnaise के 04 विधिक नमूने संग्रहित किए गए।

इस प्रकार विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान के अंतर्गत जनपद के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों से कुल 10 विधिक नमूने संग्रहित किए गए। संग्रहित सभी विधिक नमूनों को परीक्षण हेतु राजकीय खाद्य प्रयोगशाला प्रेषित किया जा रहा है। प्रयोगशाला से प्राप्त विश्लेषण रिपोर्ट के आधार पर यदि कोई नमूना अधोमानक, मिथ्याछाप अथवा असुरक्षित पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित खाद्य कारोबारकर्ता के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत नियमानुसार कठोर विधिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा जनहित में अचार, जैम, सॉस, केचप एवं मेयोनीज़ सहित अन्य प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु इस प्रकार के विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान निरंतर संचालित किए जाते रहेंगे। विभाग ने समस्त खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं से खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का पूर्ण अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं से केवल मानक एवं गुणवत्तायुक्त खाद्य पदार्थों का ही क्रय एवं उपयोग करने की अपील की है।
