Agra in white category, Only 36 industries permitted

आगरालीक्स …आगरा सहित ताज ट्रिपेजियम जोन को ‘व्हाइट’ कैटेगरी में रखा गया है, अब यहां लेदर फुटवियर, होटल, कोल्ड स्टोरेज, फाउंड्री आदि की नई फैक्ट्री नहीं लग सकेंगी।
पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय ने उद्योगों को नए सिरे से कैटेगरी दी हैं। पूर्व में केवल तीन ही कैटेगरी रेड, ओरेंज और ग्रीन थी, लेकिन अब नई कैटेगरी व्हाइट भी बनाई गई है। इसमें 36 उद्योगों को जगह दी गई है। ताजमहल के कारण ताज ट्रिपेजियम जोन को व्हाइट कैटेगरी में रखा गया है। पहले आगरा ग्रीन कैटेगिरी में था। आगरा में जूता, फाउंड्री, जनरेटर उद्योग, पंचतारा होटल, कोल्ड स्टोर खोलने के लिए अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी। यह आगरा के कारोबारियों के लिए बडा झटका है, जिस तरह से आगरा में इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयार हो रहा है, आगरा में उद्योगों की संभावनाएं भी बढने लगी हैं। आलू की पैदावार अधिक होने से कोल्ड स्टोरेज की जरूरत है, इसी तरह पर्यटन नगरी में नए होटल भी तैयार होने हैं। मगर, आगरा के व्हाइट कैटेगिरी में आने पर उद्योगों पर प्रतिबंध लग जाएगा, यहां 36 उद्योग ही स्थापित हो सकेंगे।
नेशनल चेंबर से लेकर इंडियन इंडस्ट्रीज एसोसिएशन तक इसके विरोध में है और मंत्रालय स्तर तक विरोध दर्ज कराएंगे।
इन 36 उद्योगों को ही अनुमति
एसी-कूलर की असेंबलिंग, साइकिल, नॉन मोटराइज्ड वेहिकल्स की असेंबलिंग, बायो फर्टिलाइजर, बिस्किट ट्रे, चाय की पैकिंग, ब्लॉक मेकिंग प्रिंटिंग, चॉक, कॉटन वूलन हाजरी, डीजल पंप रिपेयरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिक लैंप सीएफएल असेंबलिंग कर मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग, लेदर कटिंग, स्टिचिंग, फेब्रिकेशन यूनिट, फ्लाइ एश ब्रिक, हैंडलूम कारपेट बुनाई, कोयर निर्माण, मेटल कैप, शू ब्रश और वायर ब्रश निर्माण, जनरेटर रिपेयरिंग, मेडिकल आक्सीजन, सोलर पावर जनरेशन, सर्जिकल मेडिकल उत्पाद एसेंबलिंग ही शामिल है।

ग्रीन कैटेगरी
कार्ड बोर्ड, दाल मिल, फ्लोर मिल, चिलिंग प्लांट, कोल्ड स्टोरेज, ग्लास पोटरीज, गोल्ड सिल्वर रिफाइनिंग, सेरेमिक, सीमेंट उत्पाद, फर्नीचर निर्माण, पाइप निर्माण, लेदर फुटवियर, 20 कमरों से ज्यादा बड़े होटल, पैकिंग इंडस्ट्री आदि 63 उद्योगों को ग्रीन कैटेगरी में शामिल किया गया है।
