नगर निगम में उथल-पुथल के बीच में मंगलवार को महापौर हेमलता दिवाकर कुशवाह ने निगम के सभी कर्मियों से अपील करते हुए कहा है कि वह किसी के बहकावे में न आएं और नगर निगम की व्यवस्था को सुचारू करते हुए काम पर लौटें। उन्होंने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचारी नित नए षड़यंत्र रचकर किसी बड़े गबन को छिपाने की नाकाम कोशिश कर रहे हैं। यह पूरा घोटाला एक सड़क या एक करोड़ नहीं, बल्कि उससे कहीं अधिक का है। वह इस पूरे मामले की थर्ड पार्टी जांच करवाकर ही मानेंगी।

निगम के किसी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी के साथ अभद्रता बर्दाश्त नहीं
महापौर ने कहा कि निगम के किसी भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी के साथ अभद्रता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें ज्ञात हुआ है कि सहायक नगर आयुक्त द्वारा पुलिस में तहरीर दी गई है। पूरे प्रकरण की पुलिस द्वारा जांच करके कार्रवाई की जा रही है। हमें उसका इंतजार करना चाहिए। दोषी पाए जाने पर वह किसी को क्षमा नहीं करेंगी।

थर्ड पार्टी जांच के बाद साफ हो जाएगी पूरी फिल्म
महापौर ने कहा कि हेमा पेट्रोल पंप से पश्चिमपुरी चौराहे तक हुए सड़क निर्माण में हुए गड़बड़ी के मामला केवल ट्रेलर है। पूरी फिल्म से पर्दा उठना अभी बाकी है। महापौर ने कहा कि प्रारंभिक जांच के अनुसार कम से कम 25 बड़े विकास कार्यों में निगम के अधिकारियों द्वारा गड़बड़ी करके कई करोड़ों रुपये का गबन किया गया है। हेमा पेट्रोल पंप से पश्चिमपुरी सड़क का मामले की थर्ड पार्टी जांच हो जाएगी तो भ्रष्टाचार का सिरा पकड़ में आ जाएगा और भ्रष्टाचार का पूरा धागा खुल जाएगा।

महापौर ने कहा कि वह जनता द्वारा चुनी हुई नेता हैं और जनता के पैसे की रक्षा करना उनका धर्म है। उन्हें ऐसा करने से कोई रोक नहीं सकता है। महापौर ने कहा कि उन्होंने इस प्रकरण को लेकर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी को अवगत कराया है। जल्द ही वह लखनऊ भी जाएंगी और थर्ड पार्टी जांच के आदेश लेकर ही लौटेंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि निगम में अधिकारियों को जनता के पैसे को जनता के लिए सुनियोजित तरीके से लगाने के लिए तैनात किया गया है, बंदरबांट करके अपनी जेबें भरने के लिए नहीं। महापौर ने आगरा की जनता और निगम के कर्मियों सहित माननीय पार्षदों से जनहित में उनका साथ देने की अपील की है।
