Four Policeman suspended for taking bribe from businessman in Agra

आगरालीक्स …आगरा में एक कारोबारी से अवैध वसूली के मामले में चार पुलिस कर्मियों को सस्पेंड किया गया है। पुलिस कर्मियों ने गल्ला कारोबारी से 50 हजार रुपये की वसूली की थी। इस मामले की शिकायत होने पर जांच कराई गई, मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार एसएसपी ने जांच के बाद आरोपी चारों पुलिस कर्मियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया है।

बलदेव, मथुरा के गल्ला कारोबारी गेंहू लेकर जा रहे थे, खंदौली चौराहे पर वे पहुंचे, पुलिस की जीप आ गई। उन्हें पुलिस कर्मियों ने रोक लिया और पूछताछ करने लगे। गल्ला कारोबारी से थाने चलने के लिए कहा, मामला बढने पर पुलिस कर्मियों ने 50 हजार रुपये देने पर गाडी ले जाने के लिए कह दिया। गल्ला कारोबारी का आरोप है कि उसने पुलिस कर्मियों को 50 हजार रुपये दे दिए। वसूली करने में थाना खंदौली के एसओ की गाडी के चालक गवेंद्र, पुलिस कर्मी चंद्रकांत, क्रष्ण कुमार और नयामी खान शामिल थे।
शिकायत पर कराई जांच
पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा अवैध वसूली किए जाने की शिकायत एसएसपी प्रीतिंदर सिंह से की गई, उन्होंने इस मामले की जांच कराई। जांच के बाद आरोपी पुलिस कर्मी गवेंद्र, चंद्रकांत, क्रष्ण कुमार और नयामी को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया है।
चेकिंग के नाम पर हो रही वसूली
पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा चेकिंग के नाम पर अवैध वसूली की शिकायतें आम हो चुकी हैं। इस तरह की शिकायतें बढने पर एसएसपी द्वारा बडी कार्रवाई की गई है। इस मामले में आरोपी पुलिस कर्मियों से भी पूछताछ की जा रही है।

पहले भी हुई है शिकायत
पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा अवैध वसूली करने की पहले भी शिकायतें आ चुकी हैं, इन मामलों में जांच के बाद पुलिस कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। अक्सर पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा अवैध वसूली रात में अन्य राज्यों की गाडियों से की जा रही है, वे बाहर से आते हैं, इसलिए शिकायत भी दर्ज नहीं करा पाते। इसके चलते उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं हो पा रही है।
