Rs 5.60 crore GST Evasion detected in raid on 16 units in Agra region

आगरालीक्स… आगरा सेंट्रल जीएसटी की अभी तक की सबसे बडी कार्रवाई में 5.60 करोड़ रुपये की टैक्स पकड़े जाने का दावा है। टीम की कार्रवाई 26 घंटे चली और 16 फर्मों पर सेंट्रल जीएसटी की टीम ने एक साथ छापे मारे।
गुरुवार शाम को सेंट्रल जीएसटी के संजय प्लेस स्थित कार्यालय में यह जानकारी देते हुए विभाग के संयुक्त आयुक्त आरपी सिंह ने बताया कि उनके नेतृत्व में 110 लोगों की 17 टीमों ने बुधवार को दोपहर एक बजकर पांच मिनट पर एक साथ टीमों ने स्ट्राइक किया। विभागीय टीम ने इन इकाइयों के फैक्ट्री, गोदाम और अन्य परिसरों में जांच की। यहां तैयार माल का ब्योरा लिया। कच्चे माल की गणना की। इन सभी को स्टॉक रजिस्टर में दर्शाई गई एंट्री से मिलान किया। आरोप है कि स्टॉक के रिकार्ड रखरखाव में और वास्तु स्थिति में अंतर पाया गया। अधिकारी ने बताया कि इन इकाइयों पर जून 2017 तक के हिसाब से सेंट्रल एक्साइज का एक करोड़ दस लाख रुपये बकाया था। वहीं लगभग साढ़े तीन करोड़ रुपये जीएसटी देयता के थे, जो जमा ही नहीं किए गए। इसके साथ ही एक करोड़ से ज्यादा की रकम दर्ज अभिलेखों के अंतर की निकली। टीम ने 16 पफर्मों पर कार्रवाई की, इनसे 5.60 करोड़ रुपये की टैक्स पकड़े जाने का दावा है। कार्रवाई में उप आयुक्त पीयूष कटियार, सहायक आयुक्त सिद्धार्थ तिवारी, प्रदीप शर्मा, श्रीकांत राऊत एवं बीपी शर्मा ने अलग-अलग टीमों का नेतृत्व किया। इस कार्रवाई में आगरा आयुक्तालय के आगरा कार्यालय के अलावा, मथुरा, औरैया, अलीगढ़, मथुरा, हाथरस, एटा, कासगंज, इटावा, फिरोजाबाद में तैनात विभागीय कर्मी शामिल रहे।
