आगरालीक्स (06th October 2021 Agra News)… डीवीवीएनएल कार्यालय पर प्रदर्शन के मामले में पूर्व मंत्री, पूर्व विधायक समेत 31 सपाइयों पर मुकदमा.

मंगलवार को किया था प्रदर्शन
आगरा में मंगलवार को सपा नेताओं ने डीवीवीएनएल कार्यालय पर प्रदर्शन किया था। कार्यकर्ता गेट पर चढ़ गए थे। जमकर नारेबाजी की थी। हंगामा इतना जबरदस्त था कि बाहर जाम लग गया था। सपा नेताओं ने मांग की थी किसानों को 20 घंटे बिजली दी जाए। उन पर दर्ज मुकदमे वापस लिए जाएं। इसके बाद सपा नेताओं ने जमकर हंगामा किया था। पुलिस ने उन पर लाठियां भाजी थीं। बाद में सपा नेताओं ने डीवीवीएनएल एमडी को ज्ञापन दिया था।

अब मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया
बुधवार को थाना सिकंदरा पुलिस ने 31 नामजद लोगों पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया। चौकी प्रभारी नीरज कुमार की ओर से दर्ज कराए मुकदमे में पूर्व मंत्री रामजीलाल सुमन, पूर्व विधायक डा. धर्मपाल सिंह, मधूसूदन शर्मा सहित 31 सपा नेताओं के नाम हैं। पुलिस ने बताया कि मुकदमा बलवा, बंधक बनाना, जाम, सरकारी कार्य में बाधा डालने की धारा के तहत लिखा गया है। पुलिस वीडियो फुटेज देख रही है ताकि अन्य सपाइयों के नाम भी मुकदमे में बढ़ाए जा सकें।

इनके नाम है मुकदमा

डॉ. धर्मपाल सिंह, चौधरी वाजिद निसार, मधुसूदन शर्मा, रामजीलाल सुमन, ममता टपलू, मुकेश यादव, आदिल रंगरेज, सैयद शकील, बल्लू अब्बासी, एडवोकेट नुसरत हुसैन, शरीफ बेग, नौशाद अली, आदिल मिर्जा, मोहर सिंह जाटव, भूपेंद्र शर्मा, राजेश गुप्ता, मोहम्मद अनीश, अनीश, लाल कुमार, सत्यभान, बंटी यादव, रिंकू उर्फ अजय, देवेंद्र यादव, यदुवीर यादव, लल्ला गुर्जर, रिजवान, अनिल रावत, संजीव चतुर्वेदी, अंकित जैन, रामसहाय यादव, बंटी यादव समेत अन्य करीब 100 व्यक्ति अज्ञात है।

इन धाराओं में मुकदमा
धारा 143, 188, 427, 353, 341 और 342 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। हालांकि अभी तक गिरफ्तारी किसी की नहीं हुई है।
