‘How to Qualify Civil Services’

Aligarh:The Training and Placement Office (General), AMU and SOCH (Beyond the Imagnation) recently organized an interactive session on ‘How to Qualify Civil Services’, which was attended by IPS Officer, Dr Hussain Mehdi Rehman as the Chief Guest.While presiding over the function, Mr Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer (General), AMU informed the gathering about Dr Mehdi’s career as an IPS officer and as senior resident with KGMC. Recalling his student days in AMU, Dr Mehdi said that he had attended Senior Secondary School in AMU.
While sharing the necessary tips for qualifying UPSC exams, Dr Mehdi said that the success depends on hard and smart work.He urged UPSC aspirants attending the gathering to be focussed on their studies and to increase the number of hours spent on UPSC preparations.During his address, Professor Ziaurrehman, Deputy Director, RCA informed the students and dignitaries attending the programme about the functioning of RCA.Mr Saad Hameed, TPO General and Dr Mohammad Saleem Khan delivered the vote of thanks. The organizing team members, Mr Amood Gulzar, Mr Tayyab Shahid, Mr Asim Asrar with other SOCH members were present at the function.
