आगरालीक्स… आगरा में ऊर्जा मंत्री श्रीकान्त शर्मा ने कहा कि बिजली की शिकायत टोल फ्री नंबर 1912 पर दर्ज करा सकते हैं। शुक्रवार को दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के ऊर्जा भवन में विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक करते हुये कहा कि सरकार हर गांव, गरीब को उजाला पहुंचाने का कार्य कर रही है। सरकार की नई योजना के तहत ईमानदार उपभोक्ता शामिल हो रहे हैं। अवैध कनेक्शन धारक/कटिया डालकर बिजली प्रयोग करने, वालों के लिए ऐसा शुभ अवसर दिया जा रहा है कि उपभोक्ता अपने कनेक्शन को वैध करायें। घरेलू कनेक्शन में कामर्शियल चलाने वाले उसे कामर्शियल में बदलवायें, लोड 5 किलोवाट के स्थान पर 25 किलोवाट प्रयोग करने वाले अवसर का लाभ उठायें और उस कनेक्शन का उचित लोड बढवायें। उन्होंने बताया कि ईमानदार उपभोक्ता सरकार के लिए टास्क फोर्स का कार्य करेगा। बिजली चोरी रोकना प्राथमिकता है इसलिए ईमानदार उपभोक्ताओं से अपील है कि बिना मौका गवाये इसका फायदा उठायें । यदि इस विशेष मौके का फायदा नहीं उठाया तो इसके बाद बिजली चोरों के विरूद्ध विशेष अभियान चलाकर कड़ी कार्यवाही करेगी, जिसमें पहले पकडे़ जाने पर पांच साल तथा दूसरी बार पकड़े जाने पर सात साल की सजा हो सकती है। जो लोग इस अभियान का लाभ नहीं उठायेंगे उन्हें सलाखों के पीछे भेजना जरूरी होगा। इसलिए सरकार सभी को मौका देना चाहती है। उन्होंने बताया कि बिजली फीडरों पर बिल जमा किया जा रहा है।
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने बताया कि 25 हजार मजरों का विद्युतीकरण कराना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। जिसके तहत एक करोड़ 84 लाख परिवार हैं इसलिए विशेष अभियान चलाकर सुधरने का मौका दिया जा रहा है। भविष्य में ऑन लाइन सिस्टम विकसित किया जायेगा। बिजली की समस्या के निवारण हेतु टोल फ्री नम्बर-1912 शुरू किया गया है। जिसपर किसी प्रकार की समस्या की जानकारी दी जा सकती है। उन्होंने बताया कि उपभोक्ता को एक और सुविधा दी जा रही है कि 02 किलोवाट का 180 रूपये तथा 01 किलोवाट पर 130 रूपये शुल्क देना होगा। हमारा कार्य उपभोक्ता देवो भव की धारणा के साथ कार्य करना है। पहले खराब ट्रांसफार्मर 72 घण्टे में बदला जाता था लेकिन अब खराब ट्रान्सफर मात्र 48 घण्टे में बदला आयेगा और विभाग के लोग स्वयं गाड़ी लेकर उसे ले जायेंगे तथा 48 घण्टे के भीतर सही ट्रान्सफार्मर स्थापित करायेंगे।
