आगरालीक्स ….एक गोली आपकी उम्र बढा सकती है और आप 100 साल तक जिंदा रह सकते हैं। इसका ट्रायल चूहों पर सफल रहा है अब मनुष्यों में ट्रायल होना है। आगरा के शुरू हुई जीरियाट्रिक सोसायटी आॅफ इंडिया की कांफ्रेंस में पदमश्री डॉ डीके हाजरा ने बताया कि रैपामाइसिन दवा है, इसे समुद्र किनारे के जीवाणुओं से तैयार किया गया था। यह दवा कैंसर के इलाज में दी जाती है। इसके साथ ही दवा का एक और असर देखने को मिला है कि यह उम्र बढा सकती है। इस दवा को चूहों को दिया गया तो उनकी उम्र 30 पफीसद तक बढ गई। इसी तरह दवा मनुष्यों पर असर करेगी तो लोग 120 साल तक जिंदा रह सकेंगे।
कम खाने से बढती है उम्र
कांपफ्रेंस में डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि कम खाने से कम बढती है, इसलिए कम खाना चाहिए और तनाव मुक्त रहना चाहिए।
ओल्ड एज होम में रहना है मजबूरी
तमाम बुजुर्ग ओल्ड एज होम में रह रहे हैं, यह उनकी मजबूरी है। क्योंकि बच्चे विदेश में रहते हैं और उनके माता पिता बाहर नहीं जा सकते। इसके लिए जरूरी है कि ओल्ड एज होम बने और उसमें बुजुर्गों को सभी तरह की सुविधाएं दी जाएं। होटल क्लार्क शिराज में शुरू हुई कार्यशाला का उदघाटन डीइआई के निदेशक पीके कालरा, एसएन के कार्यवाहक प्राचार्य डॉ अजय अग्रवाल, डॉ डीके हाजरा, डॉ ओपी शर्मा ने किया।
