Abandoned baby girl finds many parents in Agra

आगरालीक्स….. कोई मां जन्म देने के बाद अपने कलेजे के टुकडे को मंदिर के पास झाडियों में बिलखता छोड सकती है तो हजारों ऐसी यशोदा मां हैं जो अनजान को अपने कलेजे से लगाकर रख सकती हैं। आगरा में मंदिर की सीढी पर मिली नवजात बेटी की मां बनने के लिए तमाम दंपति सामने आए हैं। मगर, 60 दिन तक उसकी असली मां का इंतजार किया जा रहा है, इसके बाद ही यह बच्ची गोद दी जाएगी। इसके लिए औपचारिकता पूरी करनी होगी।
26 मार्च को शाहगंज के गांव सुचेता में मंदिर के पास झाड़ियों में नवजात बच्ची मिली थी, बच्ची को एक्टिवा सवार दो युवतियां छोड़ गई थी। उनके चेहरे ढके हुए थे। गांव वालों ने कांग्रेस नेत्री शबाना खंडेलवाल को बच्ची सौंप दी थी। अब सुचेता गांव के 50 दंपति उनके पास आ चुके हैं। वे कह रहे हैं कि बच्ची पर पहला हक उनका है, क्योंकि बच्ची उन्हीं के गांव में मिली है। वहीं, बच्ची को गोद लेने के लिए आगरा के साथ ही आस पास के जिलों के दंपति बच्ची को गोद लेना चाहते हैं। वे इसके लिए संपर्क कर रहे हैं।

60 दिन बाद ले सकेंगे गोद, ऑन लाइन करना होगा आवेदन
जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी अजित कुमार के अनुसार बच्ची को गोद लेने के लिए आन लाइन आवेदन करना होगा। इस पर चाइल्ड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी की बैठक में आवेदनों की जांच के बाद बच्ची को किसे गोद देना है, इसका फैसला होगा।
यह है प्रक्रिया
– बच्चा गोद लेने के लिए सेंट्रल एडॉप्शन रिसॉर्स एजेंसी(कारा) की वेबसाइट पर आनलाइन आवेदन करना होता है, पति और पत्नी की आयु 90 साल से कम होनी जरूरी है। आर्थिक स्थित अच्छी होने के साथ नि:संतान दंपति को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है

Who can Adopt

(a) The prospective adoptive parents should be physically, mentally and emotionally stable; financially capable; motivated to adopt a child; and should not have any life threatening medical condition;
(b) Any prospective adoptive parent, irrespective of his marital status and whether or not he has his own biological son or daughter, can adopt a child;
(c) Single female is eligible to adopt a child of any gender:
(d) Single male person shall not be eligible to adopt a girl child;
(e) In case of a couple, the consent of both spouses shall be required;
(f) No child shall be given in adoption to a couple unless they have at least two years of stable marital relationship;
(g) The age of prospective adoptive parents as on the date of registration shall be counted for deciding the eligibility and the eligibility of prospective adoptive parents to apply for children of different age groups shall be as under –

Upto 4 years
90 years  ( For couple )
45 years   ( For single woman)
Above 4 upto 8 years
100 years    ( For couple )
50 years    ( For single woman)
Above 8 upto 18 years
110 years     ( For couple )
55 years   ( For single woman)

(h) The minimum age difference between the child and either of the prospective adoptive parents should not be less than twenty five years;
(i) The age for eligibility will be as on the date of registration of the prospective adoptive parents;
(j) Couples with more than four children shall not be considered for adoption;
