आगरालीक्स… आगरा की क्रिकेटर दीप्ति शर्मा ने दक्षिण अफ्रीका में चल रही वनडे सीरीज में रिकॉर्ड 188 रन बनाकर इतिहास रच दिया, वे वनडे में सर्वाधिक रन बनाने वाली महिला खिलाडी बन गई हैं। महिला क्रिकेटर में वन डे में सर्वाधिक रन बनाने का रिकॉर्ड आॅस्ट्रेलिया की बेलिंडा क्लार्क के नाम हैं, उन्होंने नाबाद 229 रन की पारी खेली थी।
दक्षिण अफ्रीका में चल रही क्वाट्राएंगुलर सीरीज में आयरलैंड के खिलाफ ओपनिंग करते हुए आगरा की 19 साल की बाएं हाथ की बल्लेबाज दीप्ति शर्मा ने 160 गेंद खेलकर 188 रन बनाएं, उन्होंने 27 चौके और दो धक्के जडे। उनका साथ पीजी रौट ने दिया और 116 गेंद पर 109 रन की पाली खेली। इस तरह 50 ओवर में भारत ने तीन विकेट खोकर 358 रन बनाए, भारतीय महिला टीम का पहला विकेट 320 रन पर दीप्ति शर्मा का गिरा। इंडियन वूमेन टीम ने आयरलैंड को रिकॉर्ड 249 रन से हराकर मैच जीत लिया।
दिसंबर 2016 में चुनी गई थी यूपी टी 20 की कैप्टन
आगरा की 19 साल की बाएं हाथ की बल्लेबाज और स्पिनर दीप्ति शर्मा यूपी टी 20 टीम की कैप्टन बनाई गई हैं। आगरा की कई और खिलाडियों को टीम में मौका मिला है। यह आगरा के लिए बडी उपलब्धि है। उन्होंने 2104 में साउथ अफ्रीका के खिलाफ पहला वन डे खेला था। इसी साल उनका चयन भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम में हुआ था।

आगरा की लेग स्पिनर पूनम यादव और दीप्ति शर्मा का चयन भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम में हुआ है। उनका चयन वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ तीन एक दिवसीय और तीन टी-20 मैचों की सीरीज के लिए किया गया है।
वेस्टइंडीज की महिला क्रिकेट टीम तीन एक दिवसीय और तीन टी-20 मैचों की सीरीज खेलने भारत आ रही है। सभी मैच विजयवाड़ा में खेले जाएंगे। दीपावली से एक दिन पहले बीसीसीआई ने वेस्टइंडीज दौरे के लिए एक दिवसीय और टी-20 के लिए अलग-अलग भारतीय टीम की घोषणा की। आगरा की पूनम यादव और दीप्ति शर्मा दोनों टीमों में जगह बनाने में कामयाब रहीं।
मार्च में भारत में हुए टी-20 विश्व कप के बाद से भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम किसी विदेशी टीम के साथ पहली सीरीज खेलेगी। लेग स्पिनर पूनम यादव ने कहा कि सीरीज में शानदार प्रदर्शन के लिए वह कड़ी मेहनत में जुट गई हैं।
एशिया कप के लिए हुआ चयन
टी-20 एशिया कप में प्रतिभाग करने वाली भारतीय टीम की घोषणा हो गई है। टीम में आगरा की पूनम यादव का चयन हुआ है। दीप्ति एशिया कप की टीम में शामिल नहीं हैं। बीते मार्च में भारत में हुए टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप में पूनम और दीप्ति भारतीय टीम का हिस्सा थीं। गौरतलब है कि वर्तमान में वेस्टइंडीज टी-20 की विश्व चैम्पियन है। यह थाईलैंड में होना है
