Ban on Maggi to continue for some time in Agra & UP

आगरालीक्स ….आगरा में मैगी की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध फिलहाल जारी रहेगा। खाद्य सुरक्षा व औषधि प्रशासन ने साफ किया है कि केंद्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (एफएसएसए) द्वारा मैगी की बिक्री व भंडारण पर लगे प्रतिबंध को हटाने संबंधी लिखित आदेश मिलने के बाद ही प्रदेश में मैगी की बिक्री शुरू करने की अनुमति एफएसडीए स्तर से दी जाएगी।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार एफएसडीए के अपर आयुक्त (प्रशासन) राम अरज मौर्या ने कहा है कि फिलहाल मैगी उत्पाद से जुड़ी कंपनी नेस्ले इंडिया मुंबई हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के आधार पर मैगी की बिक्री शुरू करने की बात कह रही है। इस संबंध में एफएसडीए प्रशासन को अभी तक केंद्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण से प्रतिबंध हटाने का कोई निर्देश नहीं मिला है। इसलिए प्रदेश में मैगी को अभी बिकने नहीं दिया जाएगा।
यूपी में सैंपल फेल होने के बाद मई में लगा था प्रतिबंध
एफएसडीए की बाराबंकी जिला इकाई द्वारा अप्रैल 2015 में कराई गई नमूना जांच असुरक्षित श्रेणी पाई गई। इसके बाद ही मैगी की बिक्री बंद कराने को देशव्यापी स्तर पर इतनी बड़ी कार्रवाई हुई थी।
रिपोर्ट में मैगी में सेहत के लिए घातक व जानलेवा लेड की मात्रा तय मानक 2.7 पार्ट्स से सात-आठ गुना अधिक 17.2 पाई गई थी। जांच में एमसीजी (मोनोसोडियम ग्लूकामेड) भी बिना वैधानिक चेतावनी के पाया गया था। मई 2015 में विभिन्न राज्यों में नमूनों की जांच में फेल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद एफएसएसए ने नेस्ले इंडिया के मैगी से जुड़े नौ उत्पादों की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था।
प्रदेश में भी मिलावटी खाद्य सामग्री की रोकथाम से जुड़े खाद्य सुरक्षा व औषधि प्रशासन (एफएसडीए) ने मैगी की बिक्री को प्रतिबंधित कर इसका स्टॉक बाजार से हटा दिया था।
मोनोसोडियम ग्लूकामेड है हानिकारक
हानिकारक तत्वों (मोनोसोडियम ग्लूकामेड) से बचाव के पूरे इत्मीनान के बाद ही प्रदेश में मैगी की बिक्री शुरू करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। अगर कहीं भी इसे बेचने की जानकारी मिली तो एक्ट के प्रावधानों के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
