Working Naked for one month in Office

आपको काम करने की आजादी दी जाए. फिर न आॅफिस आने की बंदिश हो और न ही आठ घंटे काम करने की पाबंदी तब लोग ज्यादा क्रिएटिव होते हैं। यह कल्चर सिलिकाॅन वैली से लेकर पूरे सैन फ्रांसिसको (अमेरिका) में काफी समय से है। अब एक नया प्रयोग किया जा रहा है। इसमें आपको अपने साथियों के बीच निर्वस्त्र होकर काम करना है, यह प्रयोग मार्च 2015 के महीने में सिलिकाॅन वैली में किया गया। यहां महिला और पुरुष सहकर्मी दफ्तर में आने के बाद चेजिंग रुम में एक साथ कपडे उतारे थे, इसके बाद एक ही टेबल पर निर्वस्त्र होकर सहकर्मी काम करने लग जाते। यहां तक कि लंच में खाना लेने के लिए निर्वस्त्र सहकर्मी साथ साथ कैंटीन तक जाते थे। जब यह प्रयोग शुरु हुआ तो पहले दिन एक से दो घंटे तक महिला और पुरुष सहकर्मी शर्माते रहे, लेकिन धीरे धीरे स्थितियां सामान्य होती गई। यही नहीं इस प्रयोग में शामिल होने से कुछ कर्मचारियों ने साफ इन्कार भी कर दिया। निर्वस़्त्र काम करते हुए 31 मार्च को एक महीना होने पर कर्मचारियों के कार्य की समीक्षा की गई तो सब दंग रह गए। इस दौरान क्रिएटिव कार्य किया गया, जिसकी कल्पना नहीं की जा सकती थी। एक अप्रैल से इस ऑफिस में निर्वस्त्र आने वाले महिला पुरुष अपनी यूनीफाॅर्म में आ रहे हैं।
