आगरालीक्स ………….आगरा के डॉक्टर इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन आईएमए, आगरा के चुनावों को लेकर आमने सामने आ गए हैं। कठघरे में आईएमए के पूर्व पदाधिकारी हैं, जिन्होंने बुधवार को बैठक कर चुनाव की तिथि प्रस्तावित करने के साथ अध्यक्ष पद के लिए नामांकन करने की फीस 25 हजार रुपये करने का निर्णय ले लिया, जबकि यह फीस 2500 रुपये थी। इसी तरह उपाध्यक्ष के लिए 20 हजार और सचिव व चेयरमैन पद के लिए नामांकन करने की फीस पांच हजार रुपये रखी गई है। इतना बडा पफैसला लेने के लिए आईएमए के पदाधिकारियों द्वारा जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग न बुलाए जाने से भी डॉक्टरों में आक्रोश है।

It was decided in yesterday’s executive meeting that those who want to fight for elections will have to pay heavily in the form of nomination fees .e.g. 25000 for president,20000 for vice president, secretary and chairman and 5000 for each executive member (about 10 times of the present fees ).
Can such an important decision implemented without confirmation by gbm? Secondly, these posts are not posts of profit but posts of selfless service. Why only executive members and not all general members should pay for the welfare of the whole society?I am afraid we will not get sufficient nominations to form the executive if new rules are implemented. In the past so many years we are running IMA activities successfully without taxing heavily on executive members.
क्यों न बोली लगवा दी जाए
इसे लेकर व्हाटसएप पर आईएमए के पदाधिकारियों के बीच शुरू हुई लडाई बहुत आगे तक बढ गई, एक के बाद एक कमेंट आते गए और डॉक्टरों ने तीखी प्रतिक्रयाएं दी। उन्होंने यहां तक कह दिया कि क्यों न आईएमए के पद के लिए खुली बोली लगा दी जाए, जो सबसे ज्यादा रुपये दे उसी को अध्यक्ष बना दिया जाए।
IMA Whatsapp …….एक और आसान तरीका है – हर पद के लिए खुली बोली लगवा ली जाए।जो सबसे ऊँची बोली लगाए वह पद ले जाए ।इस तरह चुनाव भी नहीं करवाना पड़ेगा और साल भर के लिए fund भी इकट्ठा हो जाएगा ।

बाहुबली मूवी में करियप्पा की तरह यहां आईएमए के एक पदाधिकारी को करियप्पा बताते हुए उसे नसीहत दे दी कि वह खुद को प्रवक्ता न समझे, यह काम सचिव का होता है और सचिव को ही करनें दें।

IMA की एग्जीक्यूटिव मीटिंग में उपस्थित किसी भी व्यक्ति जिसके पास सुचना थी या व्यक्तिगत रूप से सूचित किया गया था एक सदस्य ही है या वो मीटिंग अटेंड करने के बाद प्रबक्ता की जिम्मेदारी भी दी गयी है
मीटिंग में होगा फैसला
विवाद बढने पर आईएमए ने फैसला लिया है कि एक मीटिंग बुलाई जाएगी, इस मीटिंग में नामांकन फीस से लेकर चुनाव की तिथि पर फैसला लिया जाएगा। आईएमए के सदस्यों से भी अपील की गई है कि वे इसे इश्यु न बनाएं, इससे आईएमए और डॉक्टरों की छवि धूमिल होगी।
IMA Whatsapp …….Who proposed or who opposed is not an issue now as the President himself feel that the decision is not appropriate and not in favor of IMA at large, then there’s no issue. A meeting can be called again to review the decisions. I applause
