आगरालीक्स… आगरा में जीएसटी का बडा मामला पकडा गया है, आगरा की ए टू जेड इंटरप्राइजेज ने माल की बिक्री किए बिना कंपनियों को करोडों रुपये का इनपुट टैक्स का क्रेडिट दिलवा दिया। इससे
केंद्रीय वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (सीजीएसटी) को करोडों के राजस्व का नुकसान हुआ है। कंपनी के मालिक को अरेस्ट कर जेल भेज दिया है।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सीजीएसटी, संजय प्लेस की एंटी इवेजन शाखा के सहायक आयुक्त सिद्धार्थ तिवारी ने बताया कि विभाग को जानकारी मिली कि मैसर्स ए टू जेड इंटरप्राइजेज नाम की एक फर्म बिना माल की सप्लाई किए केवल टैक्स इनवॉयस जारी कर रही है। ऐसे इनवॉयसों पर खरीददार पार्टियां इनपुट टैक्स का क्रेडिट ले रही हैं, जिससे सरकार को करोड़ों रुपये के राजस्व का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है।
माल की बिक्री की नहीं, फर्म लेने लगी इनपुट क्रेडिट
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि ए टू जेड इंटरप्राइजेज का संचालन संजय निगम अपने अन्य साथियों की मदद करते हुए फर्म का संचालन कर रहा था। इसके लिए एक अनपढ व्यक्ति के पहचान पत्र, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड आदि दस्तावेज हासिल किए। इसके बाद इन दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल ए टू जेड इंटरप्राइजेज का जीएसटी में पंजीकरण और बैंक में चालू खाता खुलवाने में किया। इस फर्म द्वारा फर्जी रूप से उत्तर प्रदेश तथा अन्य राज्यों में कई व्यक्तियों व फर्मों को बोगस इनवॉयस बिना किसी माल की सप्लाई के दे दिए, जिन पर उन्होंने इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट ले लिया।
जेल भेजा गया संचालक
आरोपी कंपनी संचालक की गिरफ्तारी के लिए धारा 69 के तहत निर्देश दिए गए। इस पर पुलिस ने संजय निगम को गिरफ्तार करके स्पेशल सीजेएम के न्यायालय में पेश किया, जहां से उसे जेल भेजने के आदेश दिए गए। सीजीएसटी अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जिन फर्मों ने ऐसे बोगस टैक्स इनवॉयस को खरीदा है, उनके खिलाफ भी जीएसटी रिकवरी के लिए जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। इसके अलावा संजय निगम के साथियों और सहयोगियों पर भी शिकंजा कसा जा रहा है। उनके खिलाफ भी जीएसटी अधिनियम के तहत कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
