Doctors pen down satyagrah, Live telecast in IMA units of Agra & other cities of India

आगरालीक्स …आगरा सहित देश भर से दिल्ली में रिकॉर्ड डॉक्टर जुटे, डॉक्टरों के साथ मारपीट सहित सरकार के कानूनों के विरोध में एकसुर में आवाज उठाई, आगरा में डॉक्टरों की हडताल रही। इससे मरीजों को परेशानी हुई लेकिन हडताल के कारण बहुत कम मरीज ही घर से बाहर निकले।
आगरा से 200 डॉक्टर सुबह दिल्ली गए, सुबह आठ बजे देश भर के डॉक्टर दिल्ली में राजघाट पर रैली में भाग लेने के लिए एकत्रित हुए, यहां से एप्रिन पहनकर पैदल मार्च करते हुए इंदिरा गांधी स्टेडियम पहुंचे। यहां एक सभा आयोजित की गई, सभा का आगरा के आईएमए भवन तोता का ताल पर लाइव टेलीकास्ट किया गया। आगरा में डॉक्टरों की हडताल के कारण एसएन और जिला अस्पताल में मरीजों की संख्या बढी लेकिन बहुत ज्यादा मरीज नहीं आए। शाम को डॉक्टर शहीद स्मारक से कैंडल मार्च निकालेंगे।

आईएमए की प्रमुख मांगे
1-डॉक्टर एवं मेडिकल सेक्टर पर हिंसा मारपीट एवं तोड़फोड़ के खिलाफ सख्त कानून बनाया जाए।
2-डॉक्टर व उनके चिकित्सा प्रतिष्ठानों के रजिस्ट्रेशन को एकल विंडो के माध्यम से किया जाए व लाइसेंस राज को समाप्त किया जाए।
3-इलाज व जांच की प्रक्रिया का अपराधिकरण न होने दिया। यानि इलाज एवं जांच में लापरवाही की शिकायत थाने में न होकर सीएमओ या एमसीआई को की जानी चाहिए।
4-एमसीआई में सुधार किया जाए न कि एमसीआई को भंग कर नेशनल मेडिकल कमीशन को थोपा जाए।
5-नेशनल एग्जिट टेस्ट के प्रस्ताव को खारिज किया जाए। उसके स्थान पर एक समान फाइनल एमबीबीएस परीक्षा कराई जाए।
6-डॉक्टरों द्वारा इलाज व जांच लिखने की पेशेवर स्वतंत्रता मिले। इलाज की प्रक्रिया में सरकारी दखल बंद हो।
7-केवल जेनरिक दवाओं को लिखने की बाध्यता न हो।
8-जेनरिक व ब्रांडेड दवाओं के रेट में बहुत अंतर न हो।
9-एलोपैथिक दवा लिखने के लिए केवल एलोपैथिक डॉक्टरों (एमबीबीएस व बीडीएस डॉक्टरों) को अधिकृत किया जाए।
10-हेल्थ बजट बढ़ाकर 2.5 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर किया जाए। जो कि व4तमान में लगभग एक प्रतिशत है।
11-प्रस्तावित क्लीनिकल स्टेबलिशमेंट एक्ट को खारिज किया जाए। उसके स्थान पर वर्तमान सीएमओ रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था को सुधार के साथ ऑनलाइन किया जाए।
12-पीसीपीएनडीटी एक्ट के लिपिकीय त्रुटि को अपराध की श्रेणी से बाहर किया जाए।
13-6 हफ्ते के अंदर इंटरमिनिस्ट्रियल कमेटी के रिपोर्ट को लागू किया जाए।
14-आवासीय क्षेत्र में चलने वाले क्लीनिक डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर, नर्सिंग होम को जन उपयोग की सुविधा के तहत लेंड सिलिंग से मुक्त रखा जाए।
