Nalanda Builders, Agra director Radhe Shyam Sharma send to jail in Fraud case

आगरालीक्स …आगरा के नालंदा बिल्डर के डायरेक्टर राधेश्याम शर्मा को अरेस्ट कर जेल भेज दिया गया है, डायरेक्टर संतोष कटारा और शरद भदौरिया के खिलाफ भी धोखाधडी का मुकदमा दर्ज है।
आगरा के नालंदा बिल्डर एवं डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के डायरेक्टर संतोष कटारा, राधेश्याम शर्मा और शरद भदौरिया के खिलाफ थाना सिकंदरा में बुकिंग के बाद भी फ्लैट आवंटित न किए जाने की धोखाधडी में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया था। गुरुवार को सिकंदरा पुलिस ने डायरेक्टर राधेश्याम शर्मा को अरेस्ट कर लिया। उन्हें एसीजेएम अष्टम अरविंद विकास के कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, वहां से उन्हें 18 जनवरी तक जेल भेज दिया है।
दीवानी में जुटे बिल्डर
नालंदा बिल्डर के डायरेक्टर राधेश्याम शर्मा अरेस्ट किए जाने की जानकारी होते ही काफी संख्या में बिल्डर दीवानी पहुंच गए।

31 दिसंबर को दर्ज किया गया था मुकदमा
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार नालंदा क्राउन फ्लैट एलौटीज वेलफेयर सोसायटी के सदस्य मनोज कुमार ने मुकदमा दर्ज कराते हुए आरोप लगाया है कि 2011 में शास्त्रीपुरम स्थित नालंदा क्राउन योजना शुरू की थी। 36 महीने में उसे पूरा करने का वादा किया। इसके बाद खरीदारों को फ्लैट आवंटित किए जाने थे। बुुकिंग के समय बिल्डर ने कहा था कि फ्लैट का कब्जा जनवरी 2014 में देंगे। इसके लिए विज्ञापन भी निकाला, दो साल बाद भी कब्जा नहीं किया गया।
काम कर दिया बंद
आरोप है कि कंपनी के डायरेक्टर संतोष कटारा, राधेश्याम शर्मा और शरद भदौरिया ने वायदा किया था कि समय पर फ्लैट बनाकर देंगे। अगर, ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो ब्याज भी देंगे। इसका एक एग्रीमेंट भी किया। कंपनी की ओर से एक तीन बीएचके फ्लैट भी बनवाकर दिखाया गया। मगर, डायरेक्टर ने झूठे वायदे किए। बिल्डर ने निर्माण कार्य बंद कर दिया। जब इस बारे में पूछा तो धमकी देकर चुप कर दिया। खरीदारों से 75 से 95 प्रतिशत धनराशि ली जा चुकी है। इसके बावजूद 60 प्रतिशत काम भी नहीं किया गया। अब डायरेक्टर प्रोजेक्ट बंद करने की बात कर रहे हैं। इंस्पेक्टर थाना सिकंदरा का कहना है कि सोसायटी के 16 लोगों ने शिकायत की है। इस आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। एक खरीदारी से तकरीबन 20 से 22 लाख रुपये की धनराशि बुकिंग के नाम पर लेने का आरोप है। इस तरह 3.5 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का मामला है। सभी दस्तावेजों को चेक किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद ही कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
