Nurses call off strike in Agra, 2 nurses arrested

आगरालीक्स …आगरा में नर्सेज ने हडताल खत्म कर दी है, सातवें वेतन आयोग की विसंगतियों को लेकर देशव्यापी में हडताल से आॅपरेशन नहीं हुए, दो नर्सों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया। शनिवार रात को आल इंडिया गवर्नमेंट नर्सेज फेडरेशन ने हडताल वापस ले ली।
सातवें वेतन आयोग की विसंगतियों सहित अन्य मांगों को लेकर शुक्रवार से देश भर में नर्स हडताल पर चली गई। इससे अस्पतालों में मरीज इंजेक्शन न लगने और आॅपरेशन न होने से तडप रहे थे। एसएन मेडिकल कॉलेज और लेडी लॉयल में भी नर्सेज की हडताल होने से आॅपरेशन नहीं हुए, मरीजों को इंजेक्शन लगवाने के लिए वार्डों के चक्कर लगाने पडे। शाम तक हालत बिगड गई, संविदा नर्सेज और जूनियर डॉक्टर को गंभीर मरीजों की देखभाल के लिए लगाया गया जिससे मरीजों को समस्या न हो।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, देशव्यापी हडताल के दूसरे दिन शनिवार को दिल्ली में दो नर्सों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया। नर्सेज की हडताल को गैर कानूनी बताते हुए एस्मा लगा दिया गया, इसके बाद नर्सेज संगठन में खलबली मच गई। वेतन आयोग की विसंगतियों को लेकर नर्सेज यूनियन से वार्ता हुई, रात को नर्सेज ने अपनी हडताल खत्म कर दी। एसएन और लेडी लॉयल महिला चिकित्सालय में नर्सेज काम पर लौट आई हैं।
मरीजों को हुई समस्या
हडताल से सबसे ज्यादा समस्या मरीजों को हुई, आॅपरेशन के लिए मरीजों की लंबी वेटिंग लगती है, इससे उनका आॅपरेशन होने पर 10 से 15 दिन इंतजार करना पडेगा। गंभीर मरीजों को सरकारी अस्पतालों से निजी अस्पतालों में रेफर कर दिया।वहीं, तमाम मरीज इलाज न मिलने पर अपने मरीजों को एसएन से निजी अस्पताल में ले गए।
इससे पहले भी हुई थी हडताल
इससे पहले भी नर्सेज की हडताल हुई थी, लेकिन सातवें वेतन आयोग की विसंगतियों पर विचार करने का आश्वासन दिया था, इसके बाद नर्सेज ने अपनी हडताल स्थगित कर दी थी। इस बार देश भर में नर्सेज हडताल पर चली गई, इसमें राजकीय नर्सेज संघ, उत्तर प्रदेश भी शामिल था, इससे प्रदेश के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में व्यवस्थाएं ध्वस्त हो गई।
